Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models and analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
