Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business outcomes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to our analytics best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects and visualizations
