Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to drive executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and scalability for the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business insights.
