Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design and implement complex queries and statistical models to solve business problems and identify trends.
- Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to ensure data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable reports.
- Automation: Streamline reporting workflows by automating data extraction and processing tasks using Python or SQL scripts.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Talend) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
