Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business KPIs and strategic initiatives
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features and experiments
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights across departments
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement robust data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
