Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to support product optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
