Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for improved efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a remote work environment
