Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data models and warehouse architectures to support complex analytical queries.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and develop solutions that optimize business processes.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes, cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift/Glue, Azure Synapse), and big data technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or AWS Certified Data Analytics.
