Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Automate reporting processes using Python and cloud-based tools
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail/finance sectors
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
