Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Create automated reporting scripts to streamline weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to a non-technical audience effectively.
