Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Own the end-to-end data analysis process, including data mining, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports in Tableau or PowerBI to drive decision-making for stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, track KPIs, and optimize business performance.
- Data Strategy: Develop and implement data governance standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
