Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics, develop experiments, and measure performance.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.
