Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Develop robust SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present clear, concise insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Strong experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
