Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and analysis goals.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support business operations.
- Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
