Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity during off-peak hours.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night operations team.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities within the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Operations) to translate raw data into strategic business recommendations.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in the nightly cycle.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a 24/7 operations or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during Night Shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
