Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and transform large volumes of raw data from various sources into structured, usable formats.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-impact dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to improve data accuracy and operational speed.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand data needs and provide ongoing analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work a permanent night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
