Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines optimized for high-volume nightly processing.
- Create interactive, self-service dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security compliance during all nightly reporting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a 24/7 operations or support environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
