Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the business.
- ETL Processes: Design and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines to automate data workflows.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Database Management: Query and manage relational databases using SQL to support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 or night-shift operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Proven experience building data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with data.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
