Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify data anomalies and troubleshoot data pipeline issues during night operations.
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
