Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support executive decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data governance protocols to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot anomalies and ensure data accuracy in large volumes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
