Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and conduct deep-dive analyses to support night operations.
- Partner with the engineering team to automate data extraction and cleaning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Ability to work effectively and independently during the night shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
