Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in night-shift performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the 3rd shift operations team to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Generate regular, detailed reports for management to support decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data extraction.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
