Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze nightly operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Report Generation: Design, develop, and automate complex SQL-based reports and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for stakeholders.
- Data Cleaning: Execute rigorous data cleansing and ETL processes to ensure high-quality datasets for decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with the product and engineering teams to define data requirements and validate analytical models.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data to build predictive models that support strategic planning and inventory management.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data pipelines, analytical methodologies, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R for scripting, and Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting data discrepancies efficiently.
