Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for executive leadership.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies to improve data quality processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Python/R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
