Tennessee Data Systems is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that summarize business performance and operational metrics for leadership.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support for data-related projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
