In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver compelling visual insights that shape our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to monitor real-time KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, user behavior patterns, and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear, persuasive narrative.
- Automate reporting processes to increase workflow efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data science and analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for advanced data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
