As a key member of our analytics team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to uncover trends, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and solve data-driven problems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis is a plus.
