Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing operational data.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
