Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation to increase operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
