Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for executive stakeholders.
- Identify, extract, and integrate data from disparate sources to create a unified data architecture.
- Continuously optimize data processes and reporting pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
