Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify business needs and translate them into data models.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
