Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Interpretation: Transform raw, unstructured data into clear, actionable business insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to define data requirements and deliver presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), or R. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
