Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct complex statistical analysis and modeling to support business forecasting and reporting.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools is required (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
