Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare claims, EHR, and public health datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and predictive modeling
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for care pathway optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives and clinical stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant data pipelines and ensure regulatory compliance (HITECH, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data quality and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in healthcare or life sciences
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with experience building executive-level dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, clustering)
- Certification in healthcare data analytics (e.g., CDIP, CHDA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
