Responsibilities

- Conduct statistical modeling to predict patient admission patterns and resource allocation
- Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or medical research
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling protocols
- Strong statistical analysis background including regression and time-series modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
