Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (EMR, claims, clinical trials) using SQL, Python, and R
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for patient engagement campaigns
- Develop predictive models for patient readmission risk and resource forecasting
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in healthcare analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau a plus
- Proven ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
