Responsibilities
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting systems using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define success metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in a compelling and accessible manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
