In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical data infrastructure and business stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for maintaining our data pipelines, creating high-impact dashboards, and optimizing our analytical models.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python, R, or SQL to identify trends and forecast business outcomes.
- Visualization: Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automation scripts to improve productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and database management.
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
