In this role, you will lead key data initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and uncover hidden market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure high data integrity and accessibility.
- Create interactive, executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to define metrics, track campaign performance, and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Automate reporting processes and data validation scripts to reduce manual workload and increase delivery speed.
- Document data architecture and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Engineer.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) with advanced querying capabilities.
- Strong experience with visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
