Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs in real-time.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data requirements.
- Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends.
- Automation: Streamline reporting processes by automating data collection and ETL workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on SQL and data warehousing.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
