What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality data integrity across the organization.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and track business metrics.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and drive product improvements.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and data storytelling.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and marketing strategies.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
