Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to support business initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Identify, collect, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or PostgreSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
