Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business performance.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data pipelines.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create statistical models to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
