Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data, join tables, and manipulate databases efficiently.
- Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical solutions from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
