Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to define data requirements and translate business goals into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing workflows.
- Develop and implement statistical models and forecasting tools to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
