Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create comprehensive reports that guide business strategy.
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Data Engineering & ETL: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and correlations that impact revenue and operational metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex data findings to executive leadership and operational managers in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to improve workflow productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems using data-driven methodologies.
