Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Create interactive, visually compelling dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and present real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data collection systems.
- Document data models, processes, and analytical methodologies to ensure data governance and transparency.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including window functions, stored procedures, and complex joins).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
