Your Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Partner with cross-functional teamsâproduct, marketing, and engineeringâto define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and security through rigorous validation and testing protocols.
- Streamline reporting workflows by automating manual processes, significantly increasing team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and window functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations persuasively.
