Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Business Intelligence: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and correlations within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve high-impact business problems.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting systems to reduce manual data entry and increase reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (window functions, joins) and Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
- Visualization: Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
