Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
